After a 3 months work, we finally completed our condo apt renovations in Bellevue. We are so excited we completed this project with Superlative Construction & Remodeling. Everything from the office, project manager, crew members Superlative has it right. I personally am a general manager at a big firm & when I see a good operation I know it. Liran the P.M. was constantly working with me & always solving any issues we had in site. The office manager was always responsive to my emails and phone calls, I'm extremely happy I hired Superlative for my project & I will definitely recommend them to my family & Friends.

Had my kitchen and both of my bathrooms remodeled with Superlative Construction & remodeling and I am completely satisfied with the result! I did contacted 2 contractors before choosing Superlative and haired them mainly because they painted a realistic picture of the project and didn't keep anything hidden. Yair Explained each stage of the process thoroughly and answered all my questions until I was satisfied. During the renovation process there was always great communication and i always felt that i'm aware to the each stage in the project and if there were any issues that needed my attention. Fortunately, each stage went as planned and my kitchen and bathroom was ready in the estimated time. Really love the kitchen and bathrooms as it has all the things I hoped for, Superlative has my highest recommendation!

Great experience, beautiful and quick work. Superlative Construction & remodeling was the only good thing about a difficult roof leak, for which they did the repair work on several closet walls/ceilings and on the same opportunity update my lights to recess cane lights. Yair was extraordinarily clear and responsive via phone and email. The crew who did the work, was always on time and did an excellent, professional, and clean job. It was clear that he was trying to keep the work area tidy and move things around quietly, which I really appreciated. I will absolutely work with Superlative again.
